Terms & Conditions of Trade
These terms apply to all electrical work carried out by ATD Electrical unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Quotations and pricing
Quotations are provided free and upfront. Unless stated otherwise, a quote is valid for 30 days and covers only the work described - variations are agreed with you before they're undertaken.
Payment
Unless other arrangements are made in writing, payment is due on completion of work. Detailed written invoices are provided for every job.
Workmanship warranty
ATD Electrical provides a lifetime guarantee on workmanship. Products installed carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we preserve by installing to specification.
Compliance
All work is performed by licensed electricians in accordance with Australian Standards and NSW requirements, with a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work issued where required.
Access and site conditions
We ask for safe, clear access to the work area at agreed times. Additional costs arising from unsafe sites, hidden conditions or delays outside our control will be discussed with you before proceeding.
